We offer a flat shipping fee of $4.95 CAD on all orders.

Shipping Destinations

Maple & Kids currently ships to customers within Canada.

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside Canada. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it as soon as possible.

Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days before your package is shipped. Processing times may vary slightly during holidays, high-volume periods, promotions, or unexpected delays.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually 9–15 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, customs processing when applicable, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information when available 🚚

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your order has been handed over to the carrier. Tracking details may take a short period to update in the courier’s system.

Some Maple & Kids orders may be prepared and shipped through our trusted fulfillment warehouse.
